Application Serial Numbers and their associated Unlock Codes are unique to each computer. Therefore, the Application Serial Number and the associated Unlock Code will change when transferring the software to a new computer, or after performing a reformat and reinstallation of the existing hard drive. In this event, please complete the following form and upon receipt and approval we will transfer your registration and existing AutoUpdate Subscription to the new Serial Number and respond with a new unlock code and activation instructions.

You Must READ and ACCEPT ALL Three Provisions. Please check each Provision to demonstrate your acceptance.	PROVISION 1: I understand that I may not install and/or utilize the software on more than one computer at a time. If transferring the software to a new or different computer, I agree to remove and discontinue the use of the software on the computer I am transferring the registration from.

	PROVISION 2: I understand that Invicion Software Solutions makes every effort to accommodate users in transferring software registrations to new or other systems when necessary. Excessive transfer requests may constitute an abuse of the transfer policy and in that event they reserve the right to refuse my registration transfer request or assess a fee of up to 100% of the prevailing selling price of the software.

	PROVISION 3: I understand that transferring software registrations back and forth between systems is a violation of the software transfer policy. Therefore I understand that once transferred, future transfer requests BACK to a Serial Number once registered by me in the past will be rejected.
