Unfortunately there may come a time when our support staff may require more indepth diagnostic information in order to properly assist you with rectifying an issue you may be experiencing with one of our software products.
In this case we may ask that you provide us with a detailed GPF Report.
To do so...
- Launch the application and attempt to replicate the GPF/Crash that you are experiencing.
- When the GPF/Crash occurs, you should be provided with the following dialog...

- Click the "Email Report" button to automatically open your Email application. (If your Email application does NOT open please refer to the "What if my Email application does NOT automatically open" topic below)
- IMPORTANT! Within the "BODY" of the email message, you MUST paste the contents of the GPF Report into the message by first clicking within the body section and pressing CTRL-V on your keyboard.
- Verify that the GPF report is properly pasted into the message (see step above) and send the message to "development@invicion.com".
That's it! Our support staff will review the GPF Report and respond back with their findings and hopefully be able to offer you a possible resolution to the issue you are experiencing.
What if my Email application does NOT automatically open
If your Email application fails to automatically open in step 4 above, please follow these steps to manually create an email message containing the GPF Report
- When provided with the GPF/Crash dialog (step 3 above), click the "Details" button.
- The full GPF Report should be provided. Copy the GPF Report to your system clipboard by pressing CTRL-C on your keyboard.
- Create and send us an email message containing the following...
Send To: development@invicion.com
Subject: GPF Report
Body: Paste the contents of the system clipboard (GPF Report copied in step 2) into the body of the email message by pressing CTRL-V on your keyboard.
