For an improved End User experience CompuHost automatically remembers the last screen coordinates of the window when the window is closed; therefore, the Search SongList window will automatically close and reopen in same location (screen coordinates).
However, if the Search SongList window is moved "offscreen" this is the location (screen coordinates) to where the window will be displayed. Thus, as CompHost will be remerbering this location (screen coordinates); when selecting to open the Search SongList window, (while the Search SongList window is opening) the window does NOT appear on screen, because the window is in fact opening "off screen."
If this occurs, the resolution is simple:
To ensure success, please follow the Instructions in the exact order as listed below...
1. Begin with CompuHost shutdown/closed
2. Open CompuHost
3. On CompuHost’s Main Menu (from the top Menu Bar) go to Window->Reset Window Positions to Default
4. Immediately shutdown/close CompuHost
5. Open CompuHost
6. Open the Search SongList window
- If the issue continues, simply REPEAT this process again to ensure SUCCESS!
